Reservations
To enable us to welcome you in the best possible conditions, we kindly request you to book your treatments in advance by telephoning our reception on 04 367 8067.
You will be asked for a credit card number or a gift voucher reference to confirm your booking. Should you wish to change or cancel your booking, we kindly request you to give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours’ in advance cannot be accepted and the treatments booked will be charged for in full.
You are kindly requested to present yourself in the treatment area of the spa centre 10 minutes before the scheduled start of your treatment. We regret that treatment times cannot be extended for guests who arrive late, nor can refunds be given for missed time.
You are kindly requested to inform the treatment staff of any health problem, allergy or injury which could hinder your treatment. We regret that children under 12 years old are not allowed in the spa centre

Mobile Phones and Other Restrictions
Guests are not allowed to use mobile phones, nor to smoke anywhere in the spa centre.
The Château des Thermes cannot be held responsible for any guest’s property that is lost or damaged in the spa centre. We advise guests not to carry any personal belongings or valuables with them in the spa centre.
